For the past 5 years during this role, I’ve grown significantly as a designer. Rotating responsibilities with my teammates—switching off on campaigns and various asset types—keeps our work fresh and pushes me to adapt quickly. The brand’s rapid evolution has presented continual challenges and learning opportunities, helping me expand my skillset across creative strategy, asset production, and cross-channel execution. Each new initiative has sharpened my ability to move between concepts and formats, deliver consistent brand work, and learn tools and techniques that strengthen both my individual practice and our team’s output.
